1. Q: How to purchase?
A: 1)Select your preferred items from our website;
     2)send us your order list by Email or MSN,you need specify the item name, quantity;   
     3) We confirm your order list and tell you the amount include ship;
     4) You send us the full amount of the order;
     5)We confirm your payment and ship items to you by door to door express mail, and we will email you the tracking number;
     6) You wait the package to your hand. 
2. Q: How long I could receive my order?
A: When we confirm your payment through our account, we will send the products to you in 1 working day(sometimes 2 working days). After we send the products out, we will send a tracking number to you to check your order status. Usually, the tracking number can be checked in the express company's website in 1-2 days. After the tracking number show up on the internet, you will receive the package in 5-6 working days. That means, you could receive the products in 3-6 working days after you transfer the payment.
3. Q: What is your minimum order?
A: We accept trail order and wholesale order.  Our MOQ is 5pcs, you can mix the order from different products.
4. Q: Do I have to purchase the shipping insurance fee? Is it important?
A: Usually we don't offer shipping insurance to our customers, you could choose whether you want it or not.
If you would like to purchase the shipping insurance, we will guarantee the customs in our local and your country's, and the items will arrive at your hand safely, and the insurance fee is 10% x the total cost of the order.
If you don't choose the shipping insurance, we will be responsible for the customs liquidation in our area but not in your country. 
   We will not take responsible for all lost or broken during the shipping  if you don't pay the insurence .  As well we can not take resposible for any  custom problem .
We can not control the custom in the world .Please cooperate the custom to pay the tax or provide the document . 
5.Q: How can I check the order status?
A: We will email you the tracking number after the shipment effected, and you could check the order in the express company website in the following 1 or 2 days.

6.Q: How to send the defect phone back for change.
A: 1). You must use normal post or registered mail to send back the broken phones .(it is no custom problem and no need to pay tax .)
 Because we will have problem with EMS ,TNT ,FEDEX,DHL ,UPS.  If the package detained by custom ,or any tax need to pay .We cannot take resposibility . 
 2). You must write the problem of phones clearly and write your email address . So that we can solve the problem asap.  
7.Q: Why i need pay more when choose to pay by Paypal?
A: All of our customer who choose send payment by Paypal, we will offer a different price,which is more expensive.
The following are our reasons why you need pay more by Paypal.
1)When you send the money, paypal charge us 4% of the amount you send.
2)When we withdraw the money to our account, paypal charge us $35, and our bank charge us $15 . In a word, to withdraw money from paypal cost us $50 each time.
3)When use paypal, who reponsible for potential rist of ship problem, custom problem ? If you put all of these on our company, then you are request to pay for the insurance it is 10% of the amount.
